Friends question? Ross and the leather pants?

In the episode where Ross wears leather pants (The one with all the reolutions) but while in the bathroom at his girlfriend's house he takes them off but can't put them back on. He then comes out of the bathroom with his legs all covered in powder and water and says a hilarious, awkward line, what was it??????

Before he comes out he asks her to "turn the lights off". She says no then he comes out with his trousers in a ball covered in Talcum Powder and lotion and says

"I had a problem"
